Topaz and rose-cut diamond ring

Surface scratches and minor marks.
Lower gallery and band are replacement, different in colour to the scrolls.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Cut and setting of diamonds prevents accurate weight, colour and clarity assessment. 
One rose-cut diamond with minor chip.
Topaz is in a clsoed back mount, presumed foil back and appears a medium orangey yellow.
Moderate abrasions. 
Estimated dimensions of ring head 1.6 by 1.4cms.
