Surface scratches and minor marks.
File marks to the inside of the band. Associated discolourations.
Garnet is foil back and appears a deep slightly purplish red. Wear to the collet mount. 
Split pearls appear well matched. 
Width 1.4cms.
Electronically tests as approximately 18ct gold.
