Surface scratches and minor marks.
Glass shows abrasion and fine crazing, discoloured glue visible. 
Dial noticeably discoloured. 
Movement appears over-wound, may benefit from attention.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched. 
Three diamonds nicked/chipped.
Sapphires appear a fairly well matched deep medium blue, slight variation in tone and saturation. 
One sapphire with small nick and few scratches.
Blue gem cabochon to crown untested.
Width (excluding crown) 1.4cms.
