Scratches and varied marks.
Drop deficient. 
Previous brooch fittings mostly deficient, later clasp remains. 
Central repair visible to the reverse.
Diamonds are rose-cut and appear fairly bright and well matched.
Cut, size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate total weight, colour and clarity assessment. 
One diamond deficient. 
Sapphires appear light blue through deep slightly purplish blue. Minor to moderate abrasions.
Two smaller sapphires noticeably chipped.
