With diamond highlight pierced gallery and shoulders.
With report 26057, dated 20th June 2025, from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, stating Sri Lanka, no evidence of heat treatment, estimated dimensions 13 by 12-12.5 by 9.1mms.

Sapphire slightly loose in the mount.
Two diamonds deficient from the mount.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
