The locket with hairwork urn and weeping willow tree and woven hair reverse, the white enamel surround reading 'In Memory Of A Brother, Cha Atkinson Ob 27 Jan 1778, AE 25'.
Charles Atkinson was a merchant at Newcastle who died unmarried, one of nine children of Henry Atkinson of Angerton Hall, Newcastle-on-Tyne.

Locket glass with moderate wear.
Stated length of the locket does not include the fixed surmount loops.
Spinner fob chalcedony is engraved with a pointer dog in a field and 'Faithful', the bloodstone engraved with a flower and the foil back citrine unengraved.
Spinner fob shows wear to the gold cased finish.
Length of spinner fob 2.4cms.
Watch key shows wear to gold finish.
