How do I change my account password?

Your password can be changed by logging into your My Fellows account and selecting ‘My Details’ from here you can click the ‘Change Password’ button.

How can I contact a specialist?

From the main menu select ‘Staff Profiles’. Select the relevant department and click 'contact' next to the appropriate name to send a message to the specialist.

How do I bid on a lot?

To bid on a lot, first ensure you have an online account with Fellows. Once you do, simply click ‘Place Bid’ and enter your bid amount.

I want to bid live during the auction – how can I do this?

Live bidding is hosted on three partner platforms:

www.liveauctioneers.com

www.easyliveauction.com

In order to bid live you need to sign up to your choice of the above.

How do I sell an item?

Register with Fellows and use the online valuation form here by entering item details and images. Our specialist will provide you with an auction estimate and if you are happy with this, you can consign the item into the next available auction.

Why is my invoice total different to the amount I bid?

When you place a bid on an item this does not include Buyer's Premium. This fee is 27.6% and is applied to your invoice.

How much did a lot in a previous auction sell for?

You can view auction results by using the online archive; here you will find hammer prices for past auctions. To access this page visit Upcoming Auctions then Auction Results.

How do I receive a printed catalogue?

Visit our Sale Room in Birmingham to purchase a printed catalogue. Alternatively, call us on 0121 212 2131 and we can arrange catalogue subscription which can be be posted to you.
