As well as offering 0% bidding surcharge via Fellows Live we are also delighted to announce that we offer free worldwide shipping on the majority of the items in our auctions. Please read the terms and conditions* of this offer carefully before proceeding.
Please note that only lots displaying the free delivery icon will be eligible for free postage. Any items that are not marked with the "Free Delivery" symbol may be shipped but will require a waiver due to the size/ weight or fragile/ vulnerable nature of these items. In these instances there will be an additional cost.
On the invoices where free delivery is applicable, we will still send out the package for free. Customers outside the UK mainland need to appraise themselves of the restrictions and taxes at the country of receipt. Please advise us of any specific requests.

- For international postage (outside the UK), an extra charge may apply for any invoices weighing over 0.5kg. Please speak to a member of the team before bidding.
- Due to the size and vulnerability of some of the items in our Antiques, Silver & Collectables auction, we are unable to provide free shipping. Please speak to a member of the team before bidding.
- Due to the size and weight of some of the bags in our Costume Jewellery and Online Watches & Watch Accessories auctions, we are unable to post the majority of these free of charge. Please speak to a member of the team before bidding.
- In the Designer Handbags & Accessories auction, any item that weighs under 2kg will qualify for free shipping (subject to T&Cs). If the item weighs more than 2kg then please speak to a member of the team before bidding.
- Buyer is responsible for all customs/import charges levied against the parcel.
- Buyer is responsible for any and all import restrictions in their country/state.
- Fellows accepts no liability for any parcel delay or damage which arises from;
- Buyer not taking or accepting delivery within a reasonable time
- Insufficient or improper addressing when the information is taken from the buyer’s account, including incorrect or missing postcode information
- The damage or breakage of articles, if the parcel is correctly packaged in a manner that would reasonably prevent such damage or breakage
- Seizure of goods under legal process or refusal or delay to allow the goods through Customs.
- In addition, Fellows shall not be under any liability of any kind for a parcel or other goods:
- Where there has been fraud by the buyer of the goods
- When the parcel is not in transit
- If the parcel is returned to Fellows, the second shipping will incur a shipping cost
- All extra shipping quotes given by us will be final. This will be the price which needs to be paid in order for us to ship the invoice.
- Payment is required within two working days following the auction.
- Fellows Auctioneers Ltd does not accept payment by American Express.
