Condition Report
A sapphire and diamond three-stone ring. The oval-shape sapphire, with brilliant-cut diamond sides, to the scrolling shoulders and tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct, I-J colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Weight 3.9gms.
Purchasing information-
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Evidence of resizing. Sapphire blue, moderate colour saturation, some areas appear dark. Fairly good clarity with typical inclusions. Sapphire in fair to good condition with some nicks and a nibble to the crown facets. Please see Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue for coloured gemstones. Diamonds bright and fairly well matched, assessed within the limits of the mount. One diamond with a large light coloured inclusion located in a central position, easily visible under magnification. The other diamond with a significant surface reaching feather extending from the girdle to the table, visible to the unaided eye, durability may be impaired. Diamonds in good condition with minor abrasion. Ring size Q1/2. Stamped 18ct.
