A late Victorian silver and gold diamond heart locket. The old-cut diamond heart-shape panel, with vacant panel reverse, to the similarly-cut diamond bow and loop surmount, suspended from a belcher-link chain. Estimated total diamond weight 0.95ct. Length of locket (including surmount) 2.5cms. Length of chain 45cms. Total weight 6.6gms.

Purchasing information
    The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. General discolouration. Glass to reverse has significant surface scratches. The diamonds appear bright and well matched. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Chain not original. Discolouration to spring ring clasp.
