Jewellery

We have a team of full-time jewellery specialists who hold formal qualifications in gemmology and diamond grading from Gem-A (The Gemmological Association of Great Britain) and the GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Our Jewellery Department benefits from a wide range of specialisms, meaning that we are able to offer a bespoke, personalised service to all of our clients.

The diversity of the jewellery in our auctions is astonishing. Each sale has a variety of offerings including dazzling period pieces and innovative contemporary styles, as well as designer jewellery from the likes of Bulgari, Cartier, and Tiffany & Co.. The high quality of our jewellery attracts an increasingly global audience to our auctions, with regular buyers in Europe, the USA, China and Singapore.

As we’ve moved into the digital age, jewellery auctions at Fellows are continuing to break records and attract a high level of bidders. In December 2017, Fellows sold a Yellow Diamond Graff ring for over £1.3 million including fees, and online-only sales are increasing in demand with our 2020 auctions achieving a record number of bidders. Our wide array of jewellery auctions cater to the needs of every piece; items worth under £100 and those worth in the hundreds of thousands.
