Virtual Viewings: A How-To Guide

We use video conferencing technology called 'Zoom' to create a unique viewing experience. You will be able to see our specialists on your screen who will show you the item(s) you would like to see. You will be able to join one of our specialists in a private appointment to discuss the items in our auction. It is the ultimate personal shopping experience. You can ask them whatever you need to know in order to buy with confidence. They will explain the buying process to you, should you decide that you would like to bid.

What will you need?

  • An appointment
  • A computer or laptop with a webcam will give you the most immersive experience. However, a phone or a tablet will work too
  • The list of items you would to view
As you can’t personally examine the items, we are here to give you as much information as you need. Please remember all lots have extensive condition reports so you might be able to find the answer to your question there.

Please note, our measurements are provided in cms and weight in gms as standard. We do not offer conversions to the imperial system. During cataloguing, all watches have been inspected by our specialist team and all jewellery pieces have been examined by certified gemmologists.
