The sweet dishes show general scratches, marks and tarnishes commensurate with age and use. There is some pitting to the surface and a build up of polish along the reeded borders. Hallmarks are rubbed but clear and legible. The lion has an antique finish to the surface possibly as made, hallmark is legible. The caster shows noticeable signs of ware and has general scratches, pitting and tarnishing to the whole. There is a noticeable build up of polish inside the vase and along the rim, the item does not sit flat due to warping of the base. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
