A Victorian split pearl and foil backed garnet brooch, comprising a central rectangular panel surrounded by a border of split pearls and an outer border of circular foil backed garnets. Length of brooch - 3.2cms, Width - 2.8cms. Weight - 8.63 grams.

Condition Report

The brooch is in generally good condition. There are some quite noticeable scratches to the edging of the central rectangular panel, the split pearls are all quite well matched and the outer diamonds are in good condition. There are slight scratches to the back of the brooch, the hair panel is fine and the pin and catch is secure.
