Lot Description

Edwardian silver sauce boat of classic form with frilled rim, high arch scrolling handle and raised above three paw feet. Hallmarked Martin, Hall & Co (Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall) Sheffield 1909. Maximum height including handle 2 3/4 inches (7 cm), weight 2.9 ozt (90 grams).

Condition Report

General surface wear, marks and scratches, also a little tarnishing, especially around joins. A few small black marks to base of interior and a couple of minor nicks to the frilled rim. Hallmarks clear but some rubbing to maker's mark.
