Lot Description

A 20th century silver key wind full hunter pocket watch by the British Watch Company, the white enamel dial having black Roman numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, all surrounded by an outer minute track, the decorated case, hallmarked Birmingham 1942, having scroll and foliate decoration to front and rear, fitted with a signed full plate gilt going barrel movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 59mm. With a belcher link double Albert with T-bar, fob and lobster clasps. Length 18cm.

Silver pocket watch, the key wound movement is currently functioning, dial has slight marks with debris trapped behind the glass, hands are discolored mildly through age, glass has no noticeable scuffs or marks, push button has been worn away, the case has slight wear to the ornate pattern due to rubbing.


Lot to come with Albert chain that caries two keys, one of the lobster clasps has lost its elasticity.
