Lot Description

Late Victorian Scottish silver regimental kilt badge, the open design modelled with a stag's head to the centre below a coronet surmounted initial 'L', the outer wreath border entwined with names of past actions, in original case. Hallmarked Edinburgh 1891, also with impressed retailer's mark for R & H.B. Kirkwood. Diameter of wreath measures 3 1/8 inches (8 cm), gross weight 2.79 ozt (86.8 grams). Together with two German banknotes.
