Lot Description

A 1920's silver mustard pot of oval form with domed hinged lid, gadroooned rim, engraved eagle crest and raised above four ball feet, with matching mustard spoon. Hallmarked London 1929 and the maker's mark C.E. Height measuring 3 inches (7.5 cm), 5.4 ozt (170 grams).

The mustard pot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use and would benefit from a clean and polish. The lid rises when in the closed position. Large chips and repairs to the glass liner. The edge of the mustard spoon has worn thin and appears a little dented. The hallmarks appear partly rubbed.
