An Edwardian silver cigarette case, enamelled with a scene of a horse and rider jumping a fence, the front case engraved, ‘Olympia 1910, To E. L. Buckle from Lourdale'. Hallmarked Percy Edwards Ltd London 1909. Height measuring 4 inches (10 cm), weight 4.5 ozt (142 grams).

The case displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Heavy damage to the enamel. The gilding to the interior has worn. The hallmarks are clear and legible, maker’s mark distorted.
