PATEK PHILIPPE - an 18k gold manual wind gentleman's Golden Ellipse wrist watch, the discoloured blue dial with hourly applied batons, oval shaped case stamped 18k 0.750 with poincon, numbered 2717175 3548, fitted to an authentic black alligator strap with 18k gold pin buckle, signed calibre 23-300PM. Case width 27mm.

Patek Philippe wrist watch, manual wind movement is currently functioning, dial is heavily marked and discoloured, couple of tiny marks to the hands, the glass is lightly scratched with a couple of very tiny nicks to the edge, case has medium scratches and tiny dints, strap is heavily rubbed and worn, pin buckle has medium scratches.
