An 18k rose gold manual wind lady's Patek Philippe wrist watch.

A Patek Philippe wrist watch, movement is currently functioning, dial is significantly marked and discoloured, noticeable disintegration to paint work which is showing cracks, light discolouration to the hour markers, hands have a few light scratches, glass is scratched and pitted, numerous chips, replacement suggested, case is lightly scratched with small scuffs and tiny dints, area of light discolouration around the crown, crown is lightly scratched from use and has a few tiny dints, lugs are lightly scratched with a few small scuffs and tiny dints, strap shows signs of wear and has areas of discolouration, scratches and small scuffs, clasp shows noticeable signs of wear resulting in discolouration, lightly scratched with a few small scuffs and tiny dints, but is in good working order, strap measures approximately 15cm including the case.
