Lot Description

A sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape yellow sapphire, within an old-cut diamond surround, to the plain band. Estimated sapphire weight 4.50cts. Estimated total diamond weight 1.30cts, J-K colour, P1-P2 clarity. Weight 6.6gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good. There are slight scratches to the ring in keeping with minor wear. The sapphire is a golden yellow, there is some angular banding visible with magnification. There are profuse scattered black and white inclusions to some of the diamonds visible with the unaided eye. Inner band stamped 18ct. Weight O.
