A late 19th century gold rock crystal brooch. Of openwork design, the oval-shape rock crystal, to the textured floral surmount, within an oval-shape rope-twist surround. Maker's mark for E. Fischer. Length 3.8cms. Weight 7.3gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair to poor. There is significant discolouration to the brooch in keeping with the age of the brooch. There is a chip to the table facet edge of the rock crystal visible with magnification. There is significant discolouration and purpling to the textured leaves and back surround.
