An early 20th century gold opal and diamond crescent bar brooch. The oval opal cabochon crescent, with old-cut diamond accents, to the knife-edge bar and similarly-set cluster terminals. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Length 5.5cms. Weight 7.3gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with age. Some replacement stones. The opals are well matched. Light nicks can be seen to some stones.
