Lot Description

Edwardian matched set of four silver mounted glass vanity bottles to include two bulbous scent bottle, each with monogrammed silver mounts and cut glass bodies. Hallmarked Birmingham 1907/8, three parts with the maker's mark of Synyer & Beddoes (Harry Synyer & Charles Joseph Beddoes), fourth part with the maker's mark of Charles May. (4).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Significant dents visible in particular to two pieces with noticeable compression visible. Glass stopper present to only one of the scent bottles. Small and minor chips to the glass. The glass in particular would benefit from a clean and polish. The hallmarks to three part appear rubbed but legible, distorted to one part.
