Lot Description

Early twentieth century silver box of circular form, the lid set with a Queen Ann Sixpence, hallmarked Crisford & Norris Ltd Birmingham 1912. Together with an Edwardian silver cheroot holder, George III silver snuff box, hallmarked John Shaw Birmingham 1813 and a white metal continental snuff box. Gross weight 3.1 ozt (97 grams). (4).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear, dints and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The George III silver snuff box is in poor condition with splits to the corners and heavy soft solder repairs. The continental snuff box also in poor condition, heavily dented worn, repairs visible, discoloured.
