Lot Description

A late nineteenth century set of five Russian silver coffee spoons, the teardrop shaped bowls engraved and initialled to the reverse to the tapered twisted stems. Russian hallmarks for Moscow with the standard mark of 84 and the Cyrillic maker's mark for Stepan Levin. Gross weight 1.9 ozt (61 grams).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use.

Heavy tarnishing visible and would benefit from a clean and polish. One bowl is quite dented to the rim and stem. Russian hallmarks vary in condition but overall clearly legible.
