Lot Description

A Victorian 18ct gold keyless wind open face pocket watch by Thomas Lees, Manchester, the gilt tone dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, floral and foliate design to the centre, bordered by a minute track, ornately decorated round case with a vacant cartouche to rear, hallmarked London 1883, fitted with a signed full plate going barrel movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 43mm. Total weight 70gms.

Keyless wind pocket watch, movement is currently functioning, movement is showing wear, dial appears to be in good condition, hands are a little tarnished, glass has some fine scratches, case has some light scratches. dust cover has a dint close to the centre.
