An early nineteenth century silver mounted knife and three-tine fork, mounted with reeded ivory handles. Lion passant and duty mark only. Knife measuring 7 1/2 inches (19 cm).

In good overall condition displaying light general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The fork prongs appear sharp and clean. Discolouration to the ivory. The mount to the knife handle has pulled away slightly. Lion passant and duty mark visible only on both pieces, these distorted to the fork.
