Lot Description

Two cased 1930's sets of silver spoons, to include a set of teaspoons with stepped detail terminals, a set of "Quaker seal end" design teaspoons, together with a matched set of six Georgian teaspoons. Cased sets hallmarked Deakin & Francis Ltd, Birmingham 1936 and William Suckling Ltd, Birmingham 1931. Weight 4.72 ozt (147 grams).

Good overall condition with scratches, very small dents and tarnish in keeping with age and use. One cased set monogrammed DJ. Georgian spoons have shallow dents to the bowls, engraving likely later additions, some discolouration to stems from elastic bands, wear to most makers marks and some hallmarks.
