Two Victorian gem-set memorial brooches, to include an initial hair glazed panel brooch within a split pearl surround, together with a hair panel brooch within a coral cabochon surround. Length 2.3cms each. Weight 8.8gms.

Condition Report

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Split pearl example engraved VLW, Feb'y 20th 1894. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue and on our website for Coloured Gemstones. Split pearls slightly discoloured. Coral untested for natural colour origin. Coral is a medium deep slightly reddish orange hue.
