An Edwardian silver box of oblong form with canted corners, the hinged lid set with agate and opening to a silver-gilt interior. Hallmarked Alfred Cox, Birmingham 1902. Length measuring 7 cm.

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.
Minor nibbles to the agate, the setting to the agate is not flush in some areas and with slight splits to the corners. The shape of the box appears quite worn with 'rounding' of the definition. Minor dints. Hallmarks worn but legible.
