A set of Chinese silk ‘Mandarin Square’ rank badge silk robe panels. Comprising a circular back panel, worked in gilt and other metallic threads, with a Silver Pheasant (denoting Fifth Rank) flying before clouds, and a matching pair of semicircular front panels forming a matching whole, each with blue backing, 11.5”, (29cm) diameter.
