Two small Japanese Meiji period shibayama-decorated ivory dishes, each of circular form, inlaid mother of pearl with stained ivory, coral and tortoiseshell with insects and boughs, within gilt borders, gilt external rim decoration and inset mother of pearl 'seal' tablet signature, 2.25" and 2.35" (5.7cm and 6cm) diameter.
