Lot Description

Two similar 19th century Dutch brass and copper charcoal or 'doof' buckets, each having a domed brass cover with lion mask decoration and urn finial, one with copper star, each copper body of broadening cylindrical form embossed with foliage, one with two urns issuing tulips, the other with recumbent lions, with brass swing handle and three brass feet, 15.75" (40cm) high. (S/D).
