A Victorian brass mounted mahogany pill-rolling device, the two handled roller with grooved brass underside and rollers, the sloping base with matching grooved plate, to make 18 tubular pills and stamped in intervals of six, 14" across handles x 12" long, (35.5cm x 30cm).
