Lot Description

A mid-nineteenth century citrine fob, the rotating three sided citrine, to the scrolling floral surmount and pedestal, together with a scrolling foliate engraved watch key, tapered to a shield-shape chalcedony terminal. Lengths 5.4 and 4.8 cm. (2).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with age and use. Citrine possible replacement. The citrine is a medium light yellow hue. Length does not include fabric strap. Watch key shows wear to the gold coating, small repairs to chalcedony mount and watch key terminal.
