Lot Description

A cased pair of Edwardian silver grape scissors, the tapering scroll pierced handles with ring terminals, pivot hinge and bright-cut engraved decoration to the blades. Hallmarked Levesley Brothers (Thomas Levesley), Sheffield 1901. Length measuring 5 1/4 inches (13 cm), weight 1.8 ozt (57 grams).

In very good overall condition with minimal general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. No personal engravings. Some wear to the case. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
