Lot Description

A mid-Victorian pair of silver fish servers, having foliate engraved decoration and scroll shaped handles, hallmarked Atkin Brothers, Sheffield 1857. Together with a French pair of silver handled fish servers, with tapering handles having low relief festoon decoration, French assay marks to handles. (2).

Each in overall fair condition displaying general signs of wear and use with light surface marks to blades and forks and some rubbing to raised decoration. English pair with matching hallmarks to handles, the raised decoration is worn, some areas it has worn through to holes, alongside dints and soft solder repairs.
