Lot Description
Three various Continental bottle stops, comprising a German example of spherical form having engraved initial to top, marked with crown and crescent beside 800 maker's mark WTB, another of plain rounded square form, marked WMF, and a third modelled as a windmill with pivoting blades. Together with a Continental silver spoon, having similarly modelled windmill terminal leading to the twisting stem and tear drop bowl, marked with crown above 90, length measures 5 inches (12.75 cm). Each in overall fair condition displaying general light wear commensurate with use. Initialled German example with area of scratching and marking. 'WMF' example with light tarnishing and rubbing. Windmill spoon and stopper each with rubbing and movements in good working order. Spoon
