In varied state, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The George IV example is engraved with the name 'Jeanie' to the cartouche, case does not shut completely flush, hinges in working order, remnants of dirt to the interior.  Solder visible to the interior of the Victorian example where the suspension loop would have been connected now a small hole.  The hinge of the Edwardian box is broken and in need of repair and the base is slightly squashed inwards. Hallmarks rubbed and worn but still just legible.
