Lot Description
A 1920's silver pedestal dish, the circular form with gadroon rim above a simple hole pierced border to a plain centre, raised on a short stem and spread circular foot with conforming gadroon rim. Hallmarked Joseph Gloster Ltd., Birmingham 1927. Height measures 6 1/4 inches (15.8 cm), rim diameter measures 8 3/8 inches (21.3 cm), weight 13.36 ozt (415.5 grams).

Condition Report
The dish appears in fairly good overall condition, displaying some surface wear and tarnishing and would benefit from a clean and polish. General surface marks and scratches. There are several creases and small dints in the metal around the middle of the stem and the seam line is also visible. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
