Lot Description

An Arts & Crafts silver comport by Albert Edward Jones, of elongated planished oval form with twin loop handles and pierced ivy leaf panels, studded border detail to the exterior and raised above a spread square base with conforming studded border. Hallmarked Albert Edward Jones, Birmingham 1917, numbered 552A. Maximum length measures 9 1/4 inches (23.5 cm), weight 6 ozt (188 grams).
