Lot Description
A 1930's silver-gilt and enamel case of oblong form with engine-turned decoration, the hinged cover inset with blue enamel and opening with sprung release marcasite and onyx set clasp to a silver-gilt interior. Hallmarked H C Freeman Ltd, London import 1930. Length measuring 8 cm, gross weight 3.2 ozt (100 grams).

Condition Report
The case displays light general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. Gilding to the outer case worn. Sprung hinge in excellent working order. Some heavier tarnishing to the interior. Significant chip to the enamel on the bottom right hand corner. Hallmarks clear and legible. No personal inscriptions.
