A mid-Victorian silver christening mug with footed base, having beaded rims enclosing floral scroll panels and engraved monogram, with foliate capped double scroll handle, hallmarked John Tongue, Birmingham 1864, height including handle measuring 3 3/8 inches (8.6 cm). Together with a modern silver wine taster, hallmarked Edinburgh import 1996, a late Victorian silver salt spoon, London 1896, and three early twentieth century silver mounted photograph frames, hallmarks for Birmingham 1902, 1905 and 1912.
