Lot Description

A 1930's silver waiter, the shaped circular form with gadroon rim to a plain centre and raised on four stylised hoof feet. Hallmarked Barker Brothers Silver Ltd., Birmingham 1931. Maximum diameter measuring 6 1/4 inches (16 cm), weight 4.75 ozt (148 grams).

Condition Report

The waiter displays general wear and tarnishing. There are numerous surface marks and scratches visible to the plain centre and underside and some of these are quite deep. A few surface dints and bumps. Hallmarks are clear and legible, slight rubbing to maker's mark but still legible.
