Lot Description

A late 19th century Russian agate and diamond brooch. The circular moss agate panel, with rose-cut diamond surround. May be worn as a brooch. Russian marks. Diameter 2.5cms. Weight 7.3gms. With fitted Wartski case.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

<li>Replacement hinged surmount fitting.

<li>Marked to pin and clasp. Clasp marked AH. Pin with 56 zolotnik mark and further mark, obscured.


<li>Diamonds fairly bright and well matched.


<li>Cut and individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate weight, colour or clarity assessment.<p>
