In fair condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The fitted case for the Victorian set is slightly tired and worn, the material is starting to split along the hinge, the tip of the spoon is bent, the knife and fork are missing part of their ferrules. The hallmarks on the spoon are slightly off struck but still just legible. Each of the six teaspoons is engraved with the initial 'M' to the terminal, three are dated 1922, the others are dated 1923. Hallmarks clear and legible.
