Lot Description

A Russian silver open salt, the circular bowl raised on a wheat-ear mount, Russian assay marks for Moscow, height measuring 2 1/4 inches (5.5 cm). Together with a late Victorian silver kitchen pepper, hallmarked Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings (Frank) Shepherd, Chester 1900 and a continental open salt of oval fluted form. Gross weight 3.5 ozt (110 grams). (3).
