A Victorian mahogany stick barometer. Huntley, London, The two-piece canted ivory scale reading from 27 to 31 inches of pressure, with vernier, beside a mercury Fahrenheit thermometer, the flame-figured trunk with ivory disc vernier adjuster over turned cistern cover, 36", (91.5cm) high.

Small veneer loss to one side of arch. Yellow paint to lower right side of ivory scale. Scales are unglazed (never had glass). Transit knob to underside is missing.
